Cancellation and Refund Policy

Free trial

Dwellera provides a 30-day free trial before a paid subscription is required. No payment information is required to use the free trial.

Cancellation

You may cancel a paid Dwellera subscription at any time. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period, and paid access continues through that date.

Canceling prevents future renewal charges after the current paid period.

Refunds

Subscription payments are generally non-refundable. Dwellera does not automatically provide prorated refunds or credits for unused portions of a billing period.

Refunds will be provided where required by applicable law. Dwellera may also grant a refund, at its discretion, in exceptional circumstances.

A full refund for the current paid billing period may end the corresponding paid access when the refund is confirmed. A partial refund does not automatically end access.

Payment disputes

If a payment is reversed through a chargeback or payment dispute, the corresponding paid access may end once the payment provider confirms that the payment has been reversed or invalidated.
